Family Day of Prayer Set For Friday, June 26th

Please join us Friday, June 26th for a day of prayer and reflection at Sylvan Springs. Tours with Nick Chester will begin at 12:30 pm and will be followed by an open forum Q & A on Holy Family Hill with Larry Young.

After a break for free time to wander the grounds and break out the picnic baskets,
Irv Kloska will speak and lead a healing prayer service in The Our Lady Mother of Mercy Chapel before the Friday Night Rosary.

If you have been thinking about visiting, this will be a wonderful opportunity to make that visit extra special. Bring the kids and bring your friends and neighbors. You will meet some extraordinary people along the way, just like you, who are hungry to learn all they can about Our Lady of America. You will feel Our Lady's presence and gain insight into how we can all answer Her call for purity in our daily lives.

Here are just a few comments from those who have attended in the past and will surely be there again for this event:

"You explain that it feels like a hug when a person arrives at Sylvan Springs, to me, it feels like I have arrived home, to the home of my ancestors almost. I feel like I am stepping where my ancestors before me trod. Hard to explain, but there it is." Mary, Ashley, MI

"Having organized a few groups before, I am always curious as to how the first timers are going to react. After Larry's talk we headed outside to tour the grounds. As soon as I stepped outside of the door, I was asked, "How soon can we come back here?" I then headed up to Holy Family Hill and was greeted with a hug from a friend who also asked, "When is the next trip scheduled?" It is always the same thing and everyone who goes to Rome City first has a hard time leaving and secondly, has a hard time not returning!
I would highly recommend that anyone, Catholic or not, visit Sylvan Springs in Rome City. God will touch you wherever you are in your walk with him."
Patti, St. John's, MI

"Thank you so much for letting us come up Saturday. A powerful experience indeed! My friend that I brought with me has the deep desire to go back, NOW." Michelle, Lafayette, IN
